ball Former PFDC Star Makes Plymouth Debut

We are extremely proud that one of our alumini made his professional debut this week. Luke Jephcott attended the Development Centre for three years before joining Penryn College where he continued to receive further coaching. He won a National District competition for West Cornwall Schools FA in 2013 and was spotted representing his district by Plymouth Argyle.

Once settled at Plymouth, Luke showed what he was capable of and was offered a professional contract at the end of last season. It was anticipated that this season would be a period of learning for Luke but he has been thrust in to the first team and after several substitute appearances Luke was given his first full professional start at Rochdale in a game Plymouth would go on and win 2-1.

Luke has also been selected to represent Wales U19s and has impressed for his national team with a string of solid performances this season.

We are extremely proud of Luke and so pleased to see the progress he has made. Well done Luke!
